All our on-location staff are required to test negative for COVID-19. During on-location services, staff will stay socially distant. All staff are happy to wear a mask if requested.
You can book an appointment from our website or email us. After selecting a service package on our website, you will receive an email with more details.
Type Windows Key + R on your Keyboard. The run window will popup. Type in "quickassist" without quotes and press enter. The quickassist window will appear. Now all you have to do is type in the provided code.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Walmart Gift cards, Money Orders, and Dogecoin. Please note that Money Orders must be made out to Delhi Tech Services.
We are headquartered in Delhi, NY. We do not currently have any locations open to the public. We offer over the phone support, remote support and in person appointments.
We offer general troubleshooting, hardware servicing, installations, help with your home Wi-Fi, or printer setup. If you have an issue we don’t list on our website, you can email us at support@delhitechservices.com.
If a hardware replacement is required, you will be notified first. In some circumstances we will order the necessary parts and add them to your total. Please note that if the replacement part is over $100 you will be required to pay upfront.
